Monitor products were first launched in the marketplace in 1988, providing fully featured expense management systems. In 1994 Monitor opened its first office in Sydney and has since introduced offices in the Victorian and Queensland marketplace with resellers in South Australia and Western Australia.

Monitor supplies its solutions to appointed distributors in New Zealand, Australia, the USA, UK, Canada, South Africa, Europe and parts of Asia.

Since its inception, Monitor has developed a reputation for manufacturing high quality products with a tradition of being reliable and fully featured transaction management systems.

As an independent cost recovery provider, Monitor's solution offers scalable transaction management capability. Because of the modular nature of our solution, the architecture has the flexibility to extend and manage additional activities - all using the patrons library card and account as a single point of contact. Monitor focuses on ensuring its solutions help reduce print waste and encouraging sustainability. Monitor solutions provide substantial cost savings and opportunities for revenue growth.
